摘要
构建科学的环保产业发展机制、进一步推动我国环保产业的发展,是当前我国国民经济发展中面临的重大课题之一。从总体发展机制、政府引导机制、市场投融资机制和企业技术创新机制等方面,对该问题进行了述评,指出了当前的研究特点和存在的不足:正式作用机制研究多,非正式作用机制研究少;环保企业外部机制研究多,内部机制研究少;方向性的对策研究多,操作性的措施研究少。
It is a important task to construct scientific development system of environmental protection industry and promote the development of china environmental protection industry.This paper makes a review on the problem in terms of overall development system,government driving system,market fiancing system and enterprise technology innovation system.And it points out the characteristic and lack of the former research.It pays less attention on formality syetem than infamality system,enterprise exterior system than enterprise interior system,derectional countermeasure than exercisable steps.
