摘要
在考虑槽轮机构弹性和加工误差的基础上,结合槽轮机构动态计算机模拟结果,建立了以机构几何参数为设计变量,以提高槽轮使用寿命和定位精度为目标的优化过程;完善了槽轮机构计算机辅助设计的过程;并对实际槽轮机构进行了优化设计计算。
Considering the elasticity and processing error, and combining the results of dynamic computer imitation of Geneva mechanisms, Presents an optimum program in which the geometic parameters of the mechanism are taken as the design variables, and the increased service life of Geneva and the fixed accuracy is the object. It integrates the computeraiddesign of Geneva mechanism. There is an example about an optimization of a practical Geneva mechanism, the result of which is evident.
