摘要
宋代是一个重法制的朝代,"祖宗之法"贯穿整个宋代。由于后妃身份的特殊,她们须遵循的规制比较多。宋代约束后妃的规制主要有严密的宫廷制度、权力行使适度的垂帘听政制度、后妃政治的监督机制及封建伦理规范等。宋代后妃循规蹈矩的特点,造就了她们在政治上"守成而治",在生活上恪守妇德。
Song Dynasty is an important period focusing rule by law,and ＂ancestor of the law＂ should be obeyed throughout the Song Dynasty.Imperial Concubines follow quite complex laws and regulations due to their special status.Laws and regulations followed by Imperial Concubines in Song Dynasty are： strict court etiquette system,moderate exercise of power behind screen,and political regulation and supervision of the feudal ethics.Imperial Concubines in the Song Dynasty are characterized by womanly virtues both in their daily and political life,and become the paragons for women in the Song society.
