摘要
通过显微测微技术对白芥、大辣芥和门源油菜叶片气孔形态有关指标的测定比较,供试材料在同一植株上低位叶片比高位叶片的气孔频度小,气孔口长度大;同一叶型上下表皮的气孔频度和气孔口长度品种间差异较大;同一品种同一叶型的气孔频度是下表皮大于上表皮,而气孔口长度则是上表皮大于下表皮;不同叶型的单孔面积和气孔比面积因品种而异,同一品种同一叶型上表皮的单孔面积和气孔面积均大于下表皮。

Enferior leaves owned lower stomatal frequency (SF) and longer stomatal lengeh (SL) than Superior Ones in the same plant of white mustard or rapes; SF and SL on upper and under eqidermises in same Leaf type showed a significant difference among varieties ; SF on upper epidermise was lower than it on under one, and SL on the upper was longer than it on the under in same leaf type of any variety. specific surface of stoma among leaf types of the same variety, of the same leaf types among varieties, and of the upper and under epidermises of the same leaf showed a great difference
