系统介绍了国家建立的四大网络系统和Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ网在中国的延伸。
the four main network systems constructed by national and Internet′s stretching in china are systemically introduced in the paper. And then, the methods and strategies that user link Internet are discussed.
