摘要
阐述了社会主义新农村的内涵,研究了中央先后制定出台的关于"三农"问题的8个"一号文件",介绍了各省市新农村建设的先进经验,结合太原市村庄的实际情况提出了进行村庄建设规划的具体建议。
This paper expounds the connotations of the new socialist countryside,studies eight No.1 Documents drawn up by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,introduces some advanced experiences of all provinces and cities in the construction of the new socialist countryside,and connecting with the actual situation of Taiyuan＇s villages,puts forward some concrete suggestions on working out the village plan.
