双联钻机在大断面竖井井筒施工中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 针对目前国内伞型钻机无法满足超大断面竖井钻爆法施工问题,研制了竖井专用双联钻机,并在大断面井筒内蒙古泊江海子矿副井中应用,解决了普通钻机无法覆盖全断面凿眼施工的难题,同时凿眼时间较普通钻机缩短了40%,加快了井筒施工进度。通过对双联钻机在冻结软岩施工中应用进行现场监测,总结了双联钻机工作中易出现的卡钻、停钻、大臂弯曲等问题,并提出了相应的解决方案。结合中深孔光面爆破技术,根据冻结软岩的工程特点,适时调整钻爆参数,确保了冻结中盐水管路安全的同时,超、欠挖控制在±100mm,减小了扩帮工作量及出矸量,段高循环时间减少8h,取得了显著成效。 According to the present domestic conventional umbrella type drilling rig could not meet the construction problems of the drilling and blasting method for the overlarge cross sectional mine shaft construction,a special dual linked drilling rig was researched and developed for mine shaft.The special drilling rig was applied to the large cross section mine shaft—the mine auxiliary shaft of Haizi Mine,Bojiang,Inner Mongolia and had solved the difficulties in the full cross section drilling operation with the conventional drilling rig.Thus the drilling operation time could be reduced by 40% of the conventional drilling rig and the mine shaft construction schedule could be speeded up.With the site monitoring and measuring conducted on the application of the double linked drilling rig to the construction in the freezing soft rock,the paper summarized drilling bit jammed,drilling stop,boom bending and other troubles easily occurred in the operations of the double linked drilling rig and provided the relative solutions.In combination with the smooth blasting technology with medium deep boreholes,according to the engineering features of the freezing soft rock,the drilling and blasting parameters shall be timely adjusted to ensure the safety of the saline water pipeline during the freezing period.The over excavation and short excavation shall be controlled at ±100 mm,which could reduce the sidewall excavation value and the refuse discharged value.The sectional excavation circulation time could be reduced by 8 hours and the obvious benefits could be obtained.
