摘要
介绍了开放存取的概念,分析了我国高校图书馆开展开放存取的现状,给出了高校图书馆在开放存取环境下的信息资源建设的策略。
This paper introduces the concept of open access, analyzes the present situation of open access in China’s university libraries, and puts forward the strategy of information resource construction for university library under the environment of open access.
