摘要
发达地区向欠发达地区的产业转移,对促进我国产业结构调整与优化,促进经济的发展起着至关重要的作用。本文基于Feder(1982)的两部门外溢模型,以江苏省为例,将苏南、苏北作为独立的、存在外部性的两个地区。从外部性角度纳入影响因子,实证检验了苏南地区经济发展对苏北地区产生的外溢效应大小。研究表明苏南地区产业发展起来以后形成的区域产业集聚,其产生的外部性对苏北地区经济的发展影响较小,苏南苏北目前产业转移还不够协调。
At present, industry transferring from developed areas to undeveloped areas plays a vital role for promoting industrial restructuring and optimization and local economic development of China. Based on the dual-sector spillover model of Feder （1982） and taking Jiangsu province as an example, this paper regards the Southern Jiangsu and Northern Jiangsu as two independent regions with externality. Introducing into influencing factors from the externality point of view, the paper em- pirically tests the size of spill-over effect from the economic development in the Southern Jiangsu to the Northern Jiangsu. It concludes that the externality bringing about by the regional industrial clusters owing to the industrial development in the Southern Jiangsu has less influence on the eco- nomic development in the Northern Jiangsu, and the industrial transferring from Southern Jiangsu to Northern Jiang is not coordinating enough.
