摘要
随着机械设备监测维修的发展,油料光谱技术被广泛应用于检测滑油中磨损金属含量、污染物种类、添加剂衰变等。在光谱数据的分析中,界限值方法已经成为数据分析的主要方法。为准确反映设备运行中的磨损情况,基于油液光谱数据,对设备磨损元素进行相关性分析。通过对某型船舶长期跟踪监测,分离设备摩擦副在稳定磨损下油液中所含主成分相似信息,得到船舶正常运行中摩擦副的组成结构并初步得到设备磨损元素的相关性结果。在设备故障监测诊断中,结合光谱界限值,通过光谱分析结果与其磨损元素相关性的比较,能够更准确地判断设备异常磨损信息。
The spectral analysis technique has been widely used to detect the contents of abrasive metal in the lubricating oil, the types of contaminators and the decay of the additive, the threshold of oil based on the spectral data has become one of the most important methods for the spectral data analysis. In order to reveal the wear condition of the marine equipment, the correlation among the worn elements was analyzed based on the spectral data. During the experiments, a ship was selected and monitored for one and a half year. The similar information of the principal components in oil was obtained when the different friction pairs of the equipment are in stable abrasion. The composition of mechanical and electrical equipment and the correlation analysis results of the worn elements were gained. In the malfunction detection of the equipment, through comparing the threshold obtained by oil spectrometric analysis and the results of correlation analysis of the worn elements, the abnormal abrasion can be judged more accurately.
