摘要
与临床路径紧密结合的单病种付费制度在我国正逐步实施。从医药卫生体制改革的要求来看,单病种付费政策选择符合医改的公平与正义原则,有利于增进医疗服务公平性、推动医疗机构组织变革、改善医疗机构运营的内外部环境。同时,面对社会经济发展的不平衡,面对医疗事业的纷繁错杂,在我国建立和实施单病种付费制度尚存在着诸多矛盾,这些问题都需要学界作进一步的专业探讨和研究。
Diagnostic Related Groups-Based Payment System（DRGs）,which is closely related to clinical pathways,has been implemented step by step in China.Considering the requirement of the medical and health system reform,DRGs policy is in line with its principles of justice and fairness.And it is beneficial to improve equity of medical services,promote medical organizational reform as well as internal and external operation environment in medical institutions.However,with the imbalance in social and economic development,together with the complexity of medical services,there still have many obstacles to establish and implement DRGs in our country,which needs more expertise and research of academia.
