摘要
综述了国内外上游泵送机械密封技术的发展现状,介绍了机械密封的端面结构及其密封性能,以及包括激光加工在内的密封环端面结构的各种加工方法及其优缺点,提出了泵送槽的快速成型方法,提高了高性能机械密封的工业应用价值。
The current state of the study on upstream pumping mechanical seals was summarized.The end surface structure and the corresponding seal performance,the ways to manufacture such structure including laser processing technology were introduced,and their respective merits and demerits were presented.A rapid prototyping method to manufacture pumping grooves was put forward,which can enhance the industrial application value of high-performance mechanical seals.
