摘要 研制了一种由极压抗磨剂、油性剂、抗氧剂、防锈剂以及金属钝化剂等组分组成的复合添加剂。以HVI150SN和HVI500SN为基础油,加入质量分数0.8%的复合添加剂,调制出一种N46高压抗磨液压油。该抗磨液压油通过了Denison公司的T6D高压叶片泵和P46高压柱塞泵台架试验。 A hydraulic oil compound additive was prepared,which was consisted of extreme pressure and anti-wear additives,oiliness additives,antioxidants,antirust agent and corrosion inhibitors.With HVI150SN and HVI500SN as hydraulic base oil,a HM46 high pressure anti-wear hydraulic oil was prepared by adding 0.8% compound additive.The hydraulic oil passed the bench test of Denison’s T6D high-pressure vane pump and P46 high-pressure piston pump.
