摘要 根据高速插齿机静压主轴结构,设计出一套实验装置,进行静压支承的承载能力、润滑油压力、油膜厚度以及润滑油流量的测量。通过承载能力及油膜厚度结果,可以推算出支承的油膜刚度,通过实验验证仿真的准确性。 According to the hydrostatic bearing of high-speed gear shaper spindle,a set of experimental apparatus was designed for the measurement of carrying capacity of hydrostatic bearing,lubrication oil pressure,oil film thickness and flow.Based on the measuring results of the carrying capacity and film thickness,the bearing stiffness of the film can be calculated.The experimental apparatus can validate the accuracy of simulation.
