摘要
采取高温纺丝和较低的侧吹风速度冷却,在聚丙烯(PP)纺粘生产线上生产聚乙烯(PE)纺粘非织造布,探讨了其生产工艺。结果表明:采用熔融指数(每10min)20g的PE为原料,选择纺丝温度250℃,侧吹风速度1.5~1.8m/s,侧吹风温度16~18℃,气流速度5000m/min,生产的PE纺粘非织造布单丝线密度2.16dtex,断裂强度0.68~1.61cN/dtex,断裂伸长率150%~165%。
Polyethylene (PE) nonwoven fabric was prepared by spinning at high temperture and quenching at relatively low air speed on a polypropytene (PP) spunbonding production line. The production process was introduced. The results showed that PE nonwoven fabric can be produced by choosing PE with the melting index of 20 g per 10 rain as raw material, spinning temperature 250 ℃, cross air blow speed 1.5 - 1.8 m/s and temperature 16 - 18 ℃, air speed 5 000 m/min. The obtained PE nonwoven fabric exhibited the monofilament linear density of 2. 16 dtex, breaking strength O. 68 - 1.61 eN/dtex, elongation at break 150% - 165%.
