摘要
对铁碳微电解法处理印染废水进行了研究,通过COD值比较不同形态的铁和碳对处理效果的影响,结果表明烟煤灰优于石墨,铁末优于铁屑。正交实验确定废水处理的最佳条件为:用铁末和烟煤灰作为原料时,m(铁):m(碳)=1:2,pH=3.0,处理效果随停留时间的延长而变好。通过对试验数据进行多项式拟合,得到了微电解法处理印染废水的动力学方程。
The printing and dyeing wastewater treatment by Fe-C micro-electrolysis was studied in this issue. The treatment effect of different forms of Fe and C were compared by investigation of COD.The results show that cigarette ash is better than graphite,iron powder is better than iron scrap.The optimum conditions were determined by orthogonal experimental method as follow:m(Fe):m(C)= 1:2,pH=3.0 and longer reaction time is better.From the experience data analysis using polynomial fitting,the kinetic equation of micro-electrolysis treatment of printing and dying wastewater was got.
