摘要
目的通过分析临床药师参与慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的治疗实践,探讨药师在临床治疗中发挥的作用。方法临床药师协助医师为患者制定个体化治疗方案,并为患者建立药历,关注患者用药期间所出现的不良反应,提供合理的药学服务和健康教育计划。结果临床药师参与COPD的药物治疗过程,避免了潜在的治疗风险,提高了患者用药的疗效。结论药师参与临床药物治疗实践,有利于提高临床药物治疗水平。
Objective To investigate the practice and role of clinical pharmacists in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）.Methods The clinical pharmacists assisted physicians in making individual treatment plan and established medication record for patients.They also provided reasonable pharmaceutical service and health education programs adverse reactions during the medication.Results By involving clinical pharmacists in the treatment,the therapeutic efficacy was increased and the potential risk of drug therapy for COPD was decreased.Conclusion Involvement of clinical pharmacists in the therapeutic practice can improve the safety and efficacy of pharmacotherapy.
