老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者痰巨噬细胞核因子-κB、血清白三烯B4和白细胞介素-8变化及临床意义 被引量:3

摘要 在慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)的发病机制中炎症机制起重要作用,且有多种炎性细胞及细胞因子参与,其中核因子-κB(NF-κB)、血清白三烯(LT)B4、白介素(IL)-8可能作用谱更广、作用强度更大[1].我们观察老年COPD急性加重期和稳定期患者痰巨噬细胞中NF-κB和血清中LTB4、IL-8表达的变化,旨在了解在老年COPD发病中的炎性网络调节体系中三者之间的关系.
