摘要
目的评价卡介菌多糖核酸治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡(RAU)的临床疗效。方法将2007年2月至2008年10月在口腔科就诊的180例RAU病例随机分为2组,分别用卡介菌多糖核酸治疗(治疗组)和甘草锌胶囊治疗(对照组)。随访6个月至1年,观察疗效及复发情况。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率分别是86.7%和71.1%,经统计分析,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论卡介菌多糖核酸对阿弗他溃疡有良好的临床疗效,值得推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Bacillus Calmette-Guerin polysacharides-nucler acid（BCG-PSN） in the treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcer（RAU）.Methods Totally 180 patients with RAU in our hospital from Februrary 2007 to October 2008 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.Patients in treatment group were injected with 1mg BCG-PSN intramuscularly every other day for 40 days while those in control group were given 86 mg Licorzince capsule orally three times a day for 10 days.The efficacy of BCG-PSN was evaluated according to the standards issued by Chinese Stomatological Association.Results The total effective rate in treatment group（86.7%） was significantly higher than that in control group（71.1%）.Conclusion BCG-PSN is effective for recurrent aphthous ulcer.
