LARS人工韧带治疗陈旧性跟腱断裂 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨陈旧性跟腱断裂应用LARS人工韧带治疗的手术方法及疗效。方法收治18例陈旧性跟腱断裂患者,均行LARS人工韧带治疗。结果术后伤口均一期愈合。随访6～28个月,采用Arner-lindholm评定法评估患者踝关节功能:优16例,良2例。结论采用LARS人工韧带可提供损伤肌腱的永久性软组织支架,诱发肌腱生长成为新生肌腱,临床疗效满意。
