外翻应力位X线片对膝踝关节内侧不稳定损伤的诊疗意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨外翻应力位摄X线片对膝、踝关节内侧不稳定损伤的诊疗意义。方法对膝、踝关节内侧不稳定患者28例采用外翻应力位摄X线片,并与健侧比照,观察内侧间隙的改变,以判断损伤性质,指导临床治疗。结果根据19例膝、踝关节内侧不稳定损伤患者术中所见,外翻应力位摄X线片的位移程度直接反映韧带损伤性质,诊断与术中所见基本相符。28例患者均获随访,疗效优良率达92.9%。结论外翻应力作用的位移程度与膝、踝关节内侧不稳定损伤的严重程度密切相关,外翻应力位摄X线片对其诊断及治疗具有重要的指导价值。
