摘要
通过闻垣高速LA10合同段车家沟大桥40 m T梁的现场预制实例,叙述了该大桥在施工过程中钢筋的绑扎、模板的安装、混凝土的浇筑、预应力张拉和孔道压浆等主要施工方法,并总结了一些施工质量管理措施,为类似工程积累了宝贵的经验。
Through the in-situ precasting case of Chejiagou Bridge 40 m T beam on the Wen-Yuan highway LA10 contract section, this paper expounds main construction methods of the bridge in the construction process, such as binding steel bar, installing shuttering pouring concrete, prestress stretching, and passageways grouting etc. , and summarizes some construction quality management measures. Thus, it has accumulated valuable experiences for similar project.
