摘要
主要从城市公交发展的阶段性规律、公交优先发展的管理制度、建设规划、发展定位等方面进行了阐述分析,得出这些因素不同程度地制约着城市公交优先的有效拓展和有序运行,最后提出了相应的措施,以期减少制约公交优先发展的因素。
From the stage law for the urban bus development, the management system for the urban bus development, the construction planning, and the development location, the paper concludes these factors will limit the effective development and orderly operation of the urban bus prior development in various degrees, and finally points out the respective measures to reduce the factors which limit the bus prior development.
