调理剂用量对造纸污泥好氧堆肥的影响

摘要 研究了污泥与蘑菇渣的比例分别为7:3、3:2和1:1对造纸污泥堆肥的影响。结果表明:在一定范围内增加造纸污泥的比例更有利于污泥升温。堆肥中温度变化和pH存在正相关性,适当降低污泥含量可以降低堆肥pH,低pH有利于氮素的保存,污泥与蘑菇渣的比例分别为7:3、3:2和1:1的处理全氮含量分别增加-1.18%、11.00%和4.10%。造纸污泥经过好氧堆肥后,种子发芽指数显著增加,但造纸污泥的比例过高或过低均会降低种子发芽指数。堆肥结束时DOC含量分别比初始时降低48.7%、46.4%和48.0%。通过好氧堆肥可增加污泥养分,提高有机质和腐殖质含量,污泥含量过高堆肥产品养分低,造纸污泥与蘑菇渣含量为3:2时效果最佳。 The study of this experiment on effects of conditioners in papermaking sludge aerobic composting,in which the proportion of sludge and mushroom residue were 7:3,3:2 and 1:1.The results showed that it was more conductive to heat up with increasing the proportion of papermaking sludge in a certain range.There was a positive correlation existed between composting temperature and pH,low proportion of sludge can make pH declined,so as to protect the nitrogen,at the end of composting,the nitrogen content increased by-1.18%,11.00% and 4.10%.Germination index after compost significantly increased,but it would reduce when the proportion of papermaking sludge is too high or too low.DOC content reduces by 48.7%,46.4% and 48% in the end of composting.The nutrient,organic matter and humus during the composting increased,however,the nutrient of product would decline if the proportion of sludge was too high,the optimal was 3:2.
