摘要
研究了炼制温度和反应方式对复合锂基润滑脂和脲基润滑脂滴点的影响,探讨了复合锂基润滑脂和脲基润滑脂成脂机理的异同,认为复合锂基润滑脂和脲基润滑脂形成高滴点的关键因素在于稠化剂分子间的缔合;脲基润滑脂稠化剂分子类型单一,更容易形成高滴点的润滑脂,而复合锂基润滑脂的稠化剂是由12-羟基硬脂酸锂和癸二酸双锂2种化合物相互缔合而成,如果在初始阶段2种化合物不发生彼此间的缔合,那么通过加热的方式不能将这种缔合方式转变为彼此间的缔合。均相反应是获得缔合型稠化剂的主要条件。
The effects of the reaction temperature and preparation methods on the dropping point of the lithium complex grease and the urea grease were researched.The difference between the formation mechanisms of lithium complex grease and urea grease was discussed.It was recognized that the association among the molecules of thickener was the key factor that made the lithium complex grease and the urea grease having high dropping point.The thickener molecules in urea grease were simple species so that the grease with high dropping point could be easily prepared,while the thickener used in lithium complex grease was the association of 12-hydroxystearate lithium and dilithium sebacate.If 12-hydroxystearate lithium and dilithium sebacate could not associate each other in the initial stage of grease preparation,the association could not be formed by heating yet.The homogeneous reaction in grease preparation is the main condition for association among molecules of thickener.
