摘要
通过讨论原来孤立的导体在放进不接地中性导体后电容的变化。
By discussing the variations of capacitance of independent charged conductor putted together with the connectionless ground neutral conductor,the difference of potential of independent charged conductor influenced by connectionless ground neutral conductor was analysed.
