摘要
目的评价左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统对使用者生活质量的影响。方法自愿放置左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统的健康育龄期妇女30人,采用生活质量满意度调查问卷,在左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统放置前及放置后6月分别进行评价。结果在13项生活质量指标中,性生活质量提高了37分,过去1周的生活质量总体满意度提高了40分,与放置前比较,P<0.001;情绪、家庭活动、工作和业余爱好中的洞察力等项评分,放置前后比较,P<0.05。结论健康育龄期妇女放置左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统6月后,总体生活质量得到提高。
Objective To evaluate the effect of levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system（LNG-IUS） on users＇ quality of life.Method Select 30 healthy productive women to use LNG-IUS voluntary.Assess them by quality of life satisfaction questionnaire 6 months after using LNG-IUS.Result Quality of sexual life score increases by 37 among 13 quality of life indexes.General quality of life satisfaction score for the past one week increases by 40.Compared to the score before using,P0.001.Compare the scores of emotion,family activity,work and insight of hobby before and after using the system,P0.05.Conclusion General quality of life for healthy productive women is improved after using LNG-IUS for 6 months.
