摘要
本文详细叙述了给水管网优化设计国内、外的研究现状，针对目前研究中存在的一些问题，作者提出了一些观点和解决问题的办法，和读者共同探讨。
The domestic and abroad present state of research of optimal design of warer-distribution networks is described in details. Some views and methods that can be used to solve these Problems are Presented for researchers to discuss.
