摘要
三峡入库洪水预报范围涉及39万km2,分为7个大区间进行方案设计。以岷江流域为例,介绍了预报采用的模型、方法,并阐述了其中一个子区间的资料整理、单元划分、方案配置、模型应用、成果分析过程,而后进行整个岷江流域的预报方案检验。三峡水库的预报方案从大流域到小区间层层嵌套设计,同时从小区间到大流域逐级预报、逐级检验。该方案从大处着眼、小处入手,对大、中、小流域的预报方案设计都有一定的借鉴意义。
The flood forecasting(FF) of the Three-Gorge area is covering 390,000 km2,which is divided into 7 major basins for design,and the production process of FF is briefly introduced.It takes Minjiang River as an example to show the model,method adopted for FF.And the data analysis,unit division,scheme configuration,model application and results analysis for one sub-area are depicted.Then the scheme examination of FF for all Minjiang River area is introduced.FF scheme for Three-Gorge Reservoir is embedded design layer by layer from big basin to inter-district.In the meantime,step forecasting and examination is made from small to large basin.The scheme design may give a reference to FF design for most other basins.
