摘要
为使合成革的外观和性能更接近天然皮革,必须要模仿天然皮革的组成结构.文章阐述了针刺法非织造布用作合成革底基时所需要达到的技术和质量要求,为达到该要求,须合理地选择原料、配备设备以及根据生产环境和原料的变化及时调整工艺参数.
In order to make synthetic leather closer to natural leather in appearance and characteris-tics, it must be intimate the composition of natural leather. This article presents the tech-nical and quality requirements that needling nonwovens used as synthetic leather sub-strate. To achieve those requirements, it must be rationally choose the raw materials and relative equipment and adjust technical data according to the production environment and variations of raw materials.
