摘要
采用双螺杆挤出机制备了聚丙烯(PP)/回收聚酯(PET),回收PET/相容剂和不同相容剂增容PP/回收PET共混物,研究了以上共混物的剪切黏度、剪切应力与剪切速率的关系。结果表明,PP剪切黏度随回收PET含量增加而降低,剪切速率越高,剪切黏度降低越明显,具有典型的剪切变稀特性。加入PP-g-MA能提高PP/回收PET共混物剪切黏度,但加入PP-g-GMA会降低PP/回收PET共混物剪切黏度。PP/回收PET共混物剪切应力随r-PET含量增加而降低。PP-g-MA使回收PET/PP共混物剪切应力增大,但PP-g-GMA使共混物剪切应力降低。
Blends of PP/recycled PET(r-PET),r-PET/compatibilizer and compatibilized PP/r-PET blends were prepared on a twin-screw extruder. The relationships between shear viscosity or shear stress and shear rate of above blends were investigated. Results show that addition of r-PET decreases the shear viscosity of PP. Addition of PP-g-MA increases the shear viscosity of PP/r-PET blends,but addition of PP-g-GMA decreases the shear viscosity of PP/r-PET blends. The shear stress of PP/r-PET blends decreases with increasing the content of r-PET. Addition of PP-g-MA increases the shear stress of r-PET/PP blend. However,addition of PP-g-GMA decreases the shear stress of r-PET/PP blend.
