摘要
以可靠性为中心的维修(RCM)是确定装备预防性维修需求的一种重要方法或手段,在装备维修保障领域得到广泛的重视和应用。在分析RCM技术发展现状和国内外的应用情况的基础上,针对RCM在工程实际应用中需要注意的一些问题进行了探讨。最后结合实例,说明如何应用计算机辅助分析软件(CARMES),进行RCM分析。
The Reliability-Centered Maintenance（RCM） is an important approach to determine the preventive maintenance of equipment.It received considerable attentions and is widely used in the field of equipment maintainability and supportability.Based on the analysis of the development status of the RCM technology and its application in China and abroad,some issues that needed to consider in the practical application of RCM are discussed.Finally,the RCM analysis with the computer-aided analysis software（CARMES） are illustrated with some examples.
