雷达图像压缩中2D-DWT的FPGA设计

摘要 首先介绍小波变换(WT)理论,分析图像压缩的基本原理。结合雷达图像数据压缩的特点,着眼于系统的实时性最佳性能,提出FPGA硬件实现算法最优解决方案,详细叙述了FPGA设计总体结构,一维滤波器组设计,行列滤波数据缓存等关键算法的实现。 Wavelet transform theory is introduced; basic principle of image compression is analyzed. According to characteristics of radar image compression, and in order to obtain good real-time optimum performance, an optimal solution for field programmable gate array (FPGA) hardware implementation algorithms is presented. Design of FPGA structure and 1-dimension filter bank as well as implementation of some key algorithms such as line and column filtered data buffer are introduced in detail.
