结合工作实践,介绍了神经内科住院医师临床综合素质培养的方法和体会,强调了其中主治医师作用以及多方位调动住院医师自身积极性和培养其创造力的重要性。
This article is to introduce the key approaches and experience of cultivating clinical comprehensive quality of neurological residents,emphasizing the important role of attending physicians as well as the mobilization of a resident＇s own multifaceted initiative and creativity.
