摘要
介绍了我国模具人才教育培训工作的现状,分析了在模具人才培训中存在的问题,提出了相应的对策与建议,可供从事模具行业教育培训工作的人员参考。
The education and training status of personnel in die and mould industry of China was described. Some existing problem was analyzed and corresponding suggestions were proposed.
