摘要
"十一五"以来,安徽区域发展无论在学术研究方面,还是在战略规划方面,都取得了突破性进展,基本形成了"一圈(合肥经济圈)四区(皖江城市带承接产业转移示范区、合芜蚌自主创新综合配套改革试验区、皖南国际旅游文化示范区、皖北经济区)"区域发展的总体布局。但安徽区域发展的不协调问题仍将在一定时期内继续存在,为此,要以建设皖江城市带承接产业转移示范区为契机打造"产业安徽";以建设合芜蚌自主创新综合配套改革试验区为契机打造"创新安徽";以建设皖南国际旅游文化示范区为契机打造"文化安徽";集全省之力支持皖北经济发展以打造"和谐安徽";加快合肥经济圈建设以打造"崛起安徽",真正实现安徽区域的协调发展。
Regional development of Anhui has been made breakthrough progresses,both in academic research and In strategic planning from ＂Eleventh Five-Year＂,and has basically been formed ＂a circle（Hefei economic zone） four district（Wanjiang city belt undertake industrial transfer demonstration area、Hefei Wuhu Bengbu innovation comprehensive supporting reform test area、Anhui southern part international tourism culture demonstration area、Anhui northern part economic zone）＂ regional development overall layout at present.But Anhui regional development has been existing uncoordinated and the problem will exist in certain period of time.Therefore,The opportunity to build Wanjiang city belt undertake industrial transfer demonstration area building ＂Innovation Anhui＂;The opportunity to build Anhui southern part international tourism culture demonstration area building ＂Culture Anhui＂;focusing the strength of the province to support economic development in Anhui northern part economic zone and building ＂Harmony Anhui＂;Accelerate the construction of Hefei economic zone and building ＂Rising Anhui＂,realization region coordinated development in Anhui truly.
