摘要
随着海西经济区的概念的提出,福建省经济发展的人才瓶颈日显突出,海外华人人才拥有许多独特的优势,且福建省拥有十分丰富的海外华人人才资源,因此,吸引海外华人人才参与福建的经济建设具有重要的意义。本文分析了福建省吸引海外华人人才的必要性和福建省海外华人人才存量低的原因,并且给出了吸引海外华人人才的一些建议。
As the concept of the economic zone on the west side of the Straits being proposed, intellectual resources bottleneck gradually stands out in Fujian economic development, overseas Chinese talents have many unique advantages, and Fujian possesses rich overseas Chinese intellectual resources, so to attract overseas Chinese talent to participate in Fijian＇s economic development is of great significance. This article analyzes the need of Fujian to attract the oversea Chinese talent and the reason for the low possession of the oversea Chinese talent, and proposes some suggestions to attract the oversea Chinese talent.
