摘要
本文搜集了1990～2009年国内自我控制和自我调节领域的研究文献共162篇,采用文献法和内容分析法,对其进行筛选、归类、综合分析。结果表明:近些年来,尤其是2004年后,对自我控制和自我调节的研究越来越受到关注;目前,问卷法是经常被采用的基本方法;从研究内容来看,对自我控制和自我调节的相关因素的研究较多;儿童期和青年期的自我控制和自我调节更受重视。
This paper adopts the method of literature analysis and content analysis to survey the self-control and self-regulation from 1990 to 2009 in China. Our study selects 162 literatures and then screens and analyzes them. The survey shows that, more and more researchers attention to self-control and self-regulation, especially after 2004. Questionnaire method is the basis method in present study. As far as the study content is concerned, the factors of self-control and self-regulation and its relationship with childhood and adolescence are usually studied.
