文中介绍了自动测试系统的发展状况和体系结构,探讨了自动测试系统集成采用的软件框架结构,提出了开发软件各模块的总体设计原则。
In This paper, the system architecture and the developing condition of the ATS (Auto Test System) are introduced and discussed the software framework which is practiced in the ATS, proposes the design principle in the software module development .
