摘要
文中提出一种电流积分式信号前处理电路,可对毫秒级变化的10^(-7)～10^(-15)A弱电流信号或5mV～50V电压信号连续线性转换,对10^(-12)A量级快变弱电信号可实现快速处理。
In This paper, a current - integrating signal pre - processing circuit is introduced and discussed some problems of its applications. By means of some methods in the paper, we can realize the continuous linear conversion of any weak electric signals whose frequency is less than 10~3 Hz and the varying - range is from 10^(-7) A to 10^(-15)A or from 5mV to 50V, and rapidly process any rapid- varying weak electric signals within 10^(-12)A.
