摘要
本文采用简单的光线寻迹法对光纤的微弯临界周期进行了分析,得出微弯临介周期即为光线以最大入射角入射到光纤中时在光纤内传播的空间距离这一结论,其结果与耦合模理论分析一致,且与实验结果相符合。
A simple and intuitive ray tracing method is used to analyze microbend critical period of optical fibers. It is shown in this paper that the critical period of microbend optical fibers is the spatial repeat distance of rays with maximum entrance angle traveling in optical fibers, and this conclusion is coincident with the couple mode analysis and experimental results.
