树突状细胞与肝移植免疫耐受

摘要 肝移植术后排斥反应是目前肝移植领域面临的主要问题,因此通过各种途径建立有效的免疫耐受成为这个领域的研究热点.树突状细胞(dendritic cell,DC)作为最有效的抗原递呈细胞,诱导免疫耐受的作用越来越受到重视.现就DC在肝移植免疫耐受诱导中所起的作用作一综述.
