摘要
针对剖面样条曲线生成需要大量的型面点坐标,工作量大且容易出错等问题,提出基于CATIA二次开发,实现了逆向工程曲面重构的算法.利用程序读入控制点坐标,直接在CATIA软件曲面设计环境中自动生成样条曲线,采用CATIA高级曲面的"Loft"命令完成曲面重构设计,提供了一种利用CATIA VBA实现曲面的逆向重构方法.实验结果表明本文方法可以实现逆向工程曲面重构.
The algorithm of surface reconstruction in reverse engineering based on the secondary development of CATIA is proposed as a solution to the problem that the generation of the splines of sections needs many surface point coordinates,which is prone to error because of heavey workload.Firstly,the control points are read by using VBA program,and the splines of former sections are generated automatically in the generative shape design of CATIA.Then,the design of surface reconstruction is finished by "loft" command of CATIA,a method to reconstruct the surfaces model in reverse engineering based on CATIA VBA.The experimental results show that the method can achieve the surface reconstruction.
