摘要
为了研究声光Q开关衍射效率对激光器输出效率和脉冲特性的影响;讨论了声光Q开关的工作原理,在传统点声源叠加模型的基础上,建立了晶体中超声场的数值计算模型,数值模拟了声光Q开关晶体中超声场的空间分布,设计测量了声光Q开关空间衍射效率;在声光晶体中心轴线方向上,距离换能器越近,衍射效率越大;在垂直于声光晶体中心轴线的横截面内-2 mm~+2 mm区域,空间衍射效率最大,在该范围外,衍射效率急剧减小.
The acousto-optic Q-switch impacts the output efficiency and impulse response of laser.Based on the operational principle of acousto-optic Q-switch and the model of the point acoustic source,the spatial distribution of ultrasonic field was numerically simulated,and acousto-optic Q-switch's diffraction efficiency was measured.The numerical computation and experimental measurement indicated that,in the axial direction of the acousto-optic crystal,the nearer the distance from the transducer is,the higher the diffraction efficiency is.Within-2 mm~+2 mm on the cross section perpendicular to the axial of the acousto-optic crystal,the diffraction efficiency is maximum;out of the range,the efficiency drops dramatically.
