摘要
通过观察蜂农的采集过程,利用四杆机构的组合模仿其主要运动并采用设计制造采集机器的研究方法,研究制造一种在脱离电力的生产条件下,能够快速自动采集蜂王浆,并保持其自然块状的小巧便捷高效的采集设备——取浆机。该取浆机实现了蜂王浆采收全过程的机械化。
By observing the collection process of the beekeepers,the paper uses a planar four-bar linkage to simulate their action.With the research method for designing and manufacturing the collection machine,a miniature portable and effective collection equipment which can collect royal jelly in its natural cubic shape automatically and rapidly without electric power has been invented.This equipment has been realized with mechanization in whole process.
