摘要
采用MMPI分别对70例失眠患者和健康对照者进行测试，结果显示失眠患者的抑郁、疑病、癔病、精神衰弱、精神病态偏倚5个因子分显著高于对照组．本文旨在分析失眠病人的类型及其个性心理特征，探讨其发生的相关因素及防治措施．
The purpose of this study was to analyze the individual character of the insomnia patients.Toevaluate the insomnia's relative elements and find out the methods of its prevention and therapy,theauthors used Minnesota Multphasic Personality Inventory(MMFI) method to assessed on 70 insomniacand health volunteers separately.The result indicated that five factors scores of Hypochondriasis,Depression, Hysteria,Psychopathic,Psychosthenia were significantly higher than those in health volunteers.
