超声诊断胎儿脐带绕颈的影响因素及对策 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探讨超声诊断胎儿脐带绕颈的影响因素及对策.方法:对960例孕妇进行了产前超声检查,并与分娩结果进行对照.结果:超声诊断符合率为91.7%(880/960),而脊后位胎儿的超声诊断敏感性仅为10.3%(3/29).孕周小于对周以下的诊断符合率为86.7%(72/83).解决的办法是改善胎儿的方位,缩短超声检查与分娩的时间距离和引入彩色多普勒血流显像检查。结论:为了提高超声诊断胎儿脐带绕颈的符合率,必须克服各种影响超声诊断准确性的因素。 Purpose:To study the factors of effect and countermeasure in fetal cord around neck byultrasonic diagnosis.Methods:The Prenatal ultrasonic examination have been performed for 960 casesof pregnant women,and contrasted with results after birth and analysed.Result:The correct diagnosicrate was 91.7%.The sensitivity of ultrasonic diagnosis that the fetal abdominal part neared abdominalwall of gravida was only 10.3%. The accurate rate was 86.7%. when the length of pregnancy wasshorter than 37 weeks. The resolving ways were improve the lie of fetus; shorten the time span betweendelivery and ultrasonic exandnation and introduce color doppler flow imaging examination. Conclusion:In order to increase the accurate rate of ultrasonic diagnosis, we must removed the factors of effect.
