摘要
本文通过采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-AES)法测定化妆品中有害元素含量,并对测量过程中各项不确定度的来源以及评定方法进行分析,建立起一种分析实验室不确定度的评定方法,使实验结果更具客观性和准确性。
This paper studied the determination of harmful element contents in cosmetics by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry （ICP-AES）to analyze the sources of uncertainty and build evaluation method in assay laboratory. It is demonstrated that the evaluation method of uncertainty would make determining result more objective and accurate.
