摘要
本文对高效液相色谱法测定饮料中的诱惑红、靛蓝、亮蓝、胭脂红、苋菜红、赤藓红、柠檬黄、日落黄八种色素方法进行了改进,采用聚酰胺吸附离心方法处理样品,对测定的分离条件进行了优化,以甲醇-水溶液作为流动相,采用梯度洗脱方法,利用紫外检测器,检测波长254、625nm。该方法具有较好的重现性和分离效果,线性关系也很好,相关系数均达到0.999以上,加标回收率均在85%以上,检出限分别为.0.2mg/kg,2mg/kg,1mg/kg,0.32mg/kg,0.24mg/kg,0.72mg/kg,0.16mg/kg,0.28mg/kg。该方法简便、准确、灵敏度较高,可以同时测定多种色素。
