摘要
调脂药他汀类药物对脑卒中患者预后改善及降低缺血性脑卒中发生风险有益。本文针对他汀类药物改善血管内皮细胞功能、抑制血管炎症反应、稳定粥样硬化斑块、抗血小板聚集、抑制血栓形成及增加循环内皮祖细胞数量等多效性作用,综述他汀类药物对缺血性脑血管损伤的神经保护作用。
Statins can lower the risk of ischemic stroke and improve prognosis of patients with ischemic stroke. This review describes the neuroprotective effects of stains on ischemic brain damage through pleiotropy including improving endothelial function, inhibiting vascular inflammation, stabilizing atherosclerotic plaques, reducing platelet aggregation, inhibiting thrombosis and increasing the circulational endothelial progenitor cells, etc.
